Adding value through my wardrobe.

“What adds value to my life + what do I value in life?”

I’ve been pondering on this thought for a while ever since my last adventure.

I’m literally sitting here watching “The Minimalist” and reflecting back on the things that add value to my life.

I never wore jewellery much as a kid, teenager, and even now. All the pieces that I own are either very sentimental or handcrafted. I’ve always had a love for originality and handcrafted pieces.

Recently I have made a pact with myself that I would stop purchasing any clothing that is considered fast fashion. Instead, looking back at the pieces in my wardrobe that I love and value, and basing my shopping decisions off of that. So the verdict is that I shouldn’t buy any more clothes because my closet doors are bursting but my jewellery box has room to fill! Hehehe.

My current jewellery collection is filled with pieces that are either handcrafted or have sentimental value. As a minimalist I love to accessories with pieces that stand out and carry meaning to me. So when Jord Watches contacted me to do a collaboration together I was thrilled because I knew their watches were handcrafted with wood. The watch that I am wearing is the “Frankie 35 Series” in Zebrawood and Navy.
